  Nice little bakery shared inside the same building as Jollibee.
  
  I ordered the Mango Supreme cake. Cake looks beautiful. I also bought 6 pieces of the Chicken Empanada because you get 1 free.
  
  Service was great and I'm happy with my food.

  Mood - desserts
  
  Upon entering we walked up to the counter to start picking and choosing what was desired. You pick your items, pay at the front counter, and find seating. If your items are heated, your order is called out for you to pick it up.
  
  There are several prepackaged items along with items in the cold case. The items in the cold case are sold as is, I wanted just a slice for a few items but this was not accomplished.
  
  We opted for chocolate mousse cake, mango ensaimada, ube ensaimada, and ube mamon, caramel bar, plus basic beverages. That Ube mamon was my highlight. I'll have to come back and purchase the Ube Roll Cake.
  
  Interior is shared with Jollibee, has several tables and chairs,  & booths.  It was towards the end of the night, so the tables weren't bussed as they usually are.
  
  Would recommend- pricing is reasonable
  
  Location is Sahara/ Ft Apache- ample parking

  Bought our mom's 75th birthday cake here. The cashier asked us what to write, told her "Happy 75th Birthday Mama" and I said can you add We Love You? And she said there would be no more space... and she asked what color to use, she suggested white.
  So we wait... and when it came out, she showed it to me and I was very disappointed!!! I just don't want to be rude and we were kinda in a hurry...
  The way it was written was not like how I remembered Red Ribbon's nice/fancy hand writing. It was like written by a 1st grader... it was like, so dull and boring for a 75th birthday. We made a mistake buying the cake here. We thought it would bring back memories...
  When we got home I asked my husband to fix it! Only thing available was a blue store bought icing in a tube.
  Check out the pictures... even the WE LOVE YOU (written by my husband) has so much space, and the cashier said it won't fit anymore?! Notice how the white writing is written... they weren't even able to make a straight line...
  Red Ribbon needs to teach their crew how to write nicely on cakes.
  Well, we learn from our mistakes and never again will buy our cakes here.
  I hope they'll improve!

  Love this place! Always come here for the purple ube cake. Everyone here is always so nice! I love that it's attached to Jollibee. You get a free reusable tote bag if you spend over $40 dollars.

  Coconut macaroons are yummy! My favorite is Mango cake but I would also recommend to try their Yema Caramel cake- very moist but not too sweet. You can also order a slice if you're only craving for small amount. Quick and friendly service. Pretty noisy inside since they share the same space with Jollibee.
